Super Duplex Steel S32750 Butt Weld Pipe Fittings

Super Duplex Steel S32750 Butt Weld Pipe Fittings comprise chromium, nickel, molybdenum, manganese, iron, and several micro-constituent components. It is the most common super duplex steel grade demanded in the market. It has combined properties of ferrite and austenite alloys. The strength of Super Duplex Steel S32750 is greater than its austenitic and ferrite counterparts. The major difference between this alloy and the standard duplex alloy is the increased percentage of chromium and molybdenum material, which increases the corrosion resistance of the alloy. Because of the Super Duplex Steel's enhanced yielding and tensile strength, it has a lower alloying cost than austenitic and ferrite grades, as well as corrosion resistance in chloride-containing environments. It possesses excellent resistance to localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, as well as strong mechanical strength.
The tensile strength of Super Duplex Steel S32750 Butt Weld Pipe Fittings is 115 ksi (min), and the yield strength is 0.2 percent at 80 ksi (min). Its inherent melting point is 1350℃. The alloy is easily weldable using standard electric arc welding techniques, except oxyacetylene welding, to link metals. It can be used in either hot or cold forming methods. In both of the processes, the alloy should be solution annealed at a temperature above 1052ºC and should be followed by quenching.

Super Duplex Steel S32760 Butt Weld Pipe Fittings.

Super Duplex Steel S32760 Pipes and Tubes withstand corrosion in a wide range of media, with exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in saltwater and other chloride-containing environments. Toughness, high strength, and corrosion resistance in a wide range of organic and inorganic acids are among the properties of Super Duplex Steel Tubes. It contains 25% chromium(Cr), 4% molybdenum(Mo), and 7% nickel(N). It includes around 40-50 percent of different iron oxides when annealed. This is a alloyed super duplex SS that has excellent pitting resistance that is suitable for usage in harsh situations. This super duplex grade microstructure is ferritic and austenitic. It is resistant to stress cracking induced due to chloride, which occurs in normal grades of stainless steel. In sour gas fields, it is also particularly resistant to sulfide-induced stress corrosion cracking.
