These high-performance fittings are perfect for a variety of industries, including construction, chemical processing, and marine applications. Our 304 and 316 stainless steel fittings are designed to meet the most stringent standards, ensuring exceptional reliability and long-lasting service. Whether you need pipe fittings, valves, or custom solutions, Super DMCC delivers top-quality products tailored to your needs.

A Stainless Steel Compression Fittings is a kind of versatile coupling which can be used to connect two pipes or a pipe to either a fixture or a valve. The SS Twin Ferrule Compression Fittings consists of three parts. The compression nut along with the compression ring and the compression seat is a part of the Hydraulic Compression Fittings.

The pipe is slid into the 15mm Stainless Steel Compression Fittings after which the nut is tightened down. As the nut is tightened, the compression ring is to be pressed into the seat. This action of the SS Hydraulic Compression Fittings causing it to compress against both the pipe as well as the compression nut. Thus the Stainless Steel Compression Fittings provides a watertight connection in plumbing systems. Typically, the SS Compression Coupling is most preferred as it does not only prove to be a cost effective solution but it also offers multiple benefits. Depending on the alloy used in its manufacture, the SS compression coupling will exhibit the corresponding property. Like grade 304 is one of the more inexpensive alternative SS Compression Tube Fittings with moderate corrosion resistance and good tensile strength properties, as opposed to grade SS 304 Compression Fittings which has a much higher degree of corrosion resistance property.

Instrumentation Tube Fittings

Instrumentation tube fittings are essential components used in fluid handling systems across industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and pharmaceuticals. Designed for precision and reliability, these fittings ensure leak-proof connections between tubing lines, even under high pressure and temperature conditions. Available in various materials and configurations, instrumentation fittings offer compatibility with a wide range of fluids and environments. Their ease of installation and reputation for durability make them indispensable for critical applications where system performance is paramount. Trust instrument fittings for secure, efficient fluid handling in your industrial operations.

Applications of Instrumentation Tube Fittings

1. Oil and Gas Industry Used in pipeline monitoring, downhole instrumentation, and gas/fluid transfer in refineries.
2. Petrochemical and Chemical Industry Handles corrosive media, process monitoring, and high-pressure systems.
3. Power Generation Applied in steam/water monitoring, nuclear reactors, and cooling systems.
4. Aerospace Industry Used in hydraulic systems, cryogenic applications, and precision measurement.
5. Pharmaceutical and Food Processing Ensures sanitary fluid transfer, high-purity gas systems, and sterile processing.
6. Automotive and Transportation Incorporated in fuel lines, brake systems, and emission monitoring.
7. Marine Industry Supports corrosion-resistant fluid transfer and ship engine monitoring.
8. Industrial Automation Used in pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic flow control systems.

Type of Instrumentation Fittings

Type of Instrument Fitting Description
Instrumentation Flanges Used for connecting pipes, valves, or equipment in high-pressure systems. Commonly made from stainless steel for durability.
Instrumentation Double Ferrule Fittings Provide secure and leak-proof connections. Feature a front and back ferrule for enhanced grip and sealing.
Instrumentation Ferrule Less Fittings Simplified fittings without ferrules, offering quick installation and removal. Suitable for low-pressure systems.
Instrumentation Single Ferrule Fittings Feature a single ferrule for sealing and grip. Used in medium-pressure applications.
Grease Fittings Enable the injection of lubricants into machinery and equipment. Common in automotive and industrial applications.
Cone and Thread Fittings Designed for high-pressure systems, featuring a coned end and threaded sleeve for a secure connection.
Cone and Thread Adapters Connect cone and thread fittings to other piping or tubing systems. Provide a seamless transition between components.
Brass Push-To-Connect Fittings Allow for quick and tool-free connections. Commonly used in pneumatic and water systems. Made from brass for corrosion resistance.
Polymer Push-To-Connect Fittings Lightweight fittings for low-pressure applications. Made from polymers, offering excellent chemical resistance.
Stainless Steel Push-To-Connect Fittings Offer tool-free connections with robust performance in high-pressure and corrosive environments. Common in industrial and chemical processing.

Stainless Steel Forged Fitting

Stainless steel is used in the rolled ring and open die for parts that operate in a cryogenic environment, high temperature and acidic. There are numerous advantages of using stainless steel such as they have high impact strength, corrosion resistance, high strength, moderate toughness, non-magnetic and have extreme strength and fatigue life. This stainless steel has different specifications such as ASTM, ASTM A182, ASME SA182, etc. These are essential parts used in pipe fittings. There are many types available for SS Forged fittings, that we offer such as Threaded Elbow, Weld Elbow, Equal and Unequal Tee, Couplings, Equal and Unequal Cross, Reducing Couplings, Plus, Bushing, Threaded Cap, Weld Cap, Pipe nipples, and Unions. You can also find some other types of these SS Forged fittings. These SS Forged Fittings are used in many application industries due to their ability to perform in high stress and corrosive environments. Some of these application industries are Food, Infrastructure, Oil Drilling Industries, Power Generation, Petrochemicals, Gas processing, Sea Water Equipment, Chemical Equipment, Heat Exchangers, Pulp and paper Industry and more.

Buttweld Pipe Fittings

The Buttweld Fittings Specification for ASME B16.9 Standard covers overall tolerances, dimensions, ratings, testing. Besides these parameters, the specification for ASME B16.9 Fittings covers markings for factory-made wrought buttwelding fittings as well . the ASME B16.9 Fittings Dimensions covered in this specification are in the size range between NPS 1 ∕ 2 through NPS 48 (DN 15 through DN 1200). The Seamless Fittings Specification also covers fittings of any producible wall thickness. Although the specification covers all the above mentioned points the ASME B16.9 Material standard does not cover buttwelding fittings that are meant for low pressure corrosion resistant applications.

Threaded Fittings

Threaded fittings are mainly used for small pipe diameters and are probably the oldest method of joining piping systems. It is most commonly used in low-cost and non-critical applications. For example, threaded joints are often found in domestic water systems or industrial cooling water systems. They are less commonly used in high pressure and highly corrosive environments due to their vulnerability to fatigue damage and corrosion. Threaded fittings are best for low-pressure and low-temperature installations where there is little chance of vibrations that could damage the integrity of the fitting. The dimensional standards for threaded (screwed) fittings in Class 2000, 3000 and 6000 are given in ASME B1.20.1.

Threaded Pipe Fittings

A threaded pipe fitting is a type of pipe connector used to join and connect pipes in a plumbing system by means of threads. The ends of pipes or fittings are machined with tools called taps and dies to make screw threads. These threads allow pipes, fittings, and other components to be securely joined together by screwing the external threads into the female threads.

Threaded fittings have either male or female threads. A female thread fitting has the threads internally formed with a threaded tool called a tap. A male thread fitting has the threads externally formed with a threaded tool called a die.

  • Male threads are also known as external threads (on the outside).
  • Female threads are also called internal threads (on the inside).

The male or external threads are designed to screw into the female or internal threads for a tight and leak-proof connection. Thread types can be tapered or straight.

  • Tapered threads, for example, NPT threads (National Pipe Threads).
  • Straight threads, for example, BSPP threads (British Standard Pipe Parallel).

NPT threads are most common in the USA. Since they are tapered, they provide a more secure and tighter seal as compared to parallel threads.
